About 27 And Frugal

Hi. I’m leslie! I live in NYC. I live with roomates. I commute by public transit to work daily. I love to bake. I like to cook. I have no storage space. I don’t use coupons. I sold my car. I am currently paying off one loan and have no credit card debt. I do not receive financial assistance from family. I run outside because it’s free. I am not married nor do I have kids. I am frugal.

What Happens When I Turn 28?

27 And Frugal is a blog for working professionals of any age who rent an apartment and are single or not living with their significant other. The age 27 is merely a representative number for this demographic. I will continue to write this blog, regardless of my age, for as long as those are my circumstances. This blog will never discuss the financial difficulties of co-habitation, college expenses (in the present tense) and buying in bulk (as I will live in a small space until I purchase a house).

I decided to write to this audience. [...]
