		<description>I have not been buying all-natural tortillas but I did notice the last package of whole wheat tortillas I bought had more sodium than I would have thought!  Gives me some motivation to try making my own.</description>

		<description>I typically use whole wheat tortillas (all-natural) and monterey jack cheese. MJ melts well and has a versatile taste. There are also some nice queso fresca cheeses you can buy though they cost a tad more.

Ingredient-wise ... red onion, fresh mushroom, and ground beef is one of my faves.</description>
